Eurest, a brand specialised in catering for companies and administrations, part of the Compass Group, is committing to a more responsible form of catering by forging links with associations such as Bleu-Blanc-Cœur and Demain la Terre with a view to launching its project “Restaurons la Terre®” (Restoring the Planet). This project aims to financially support 8 farmers, producers or livestock breeders in their environmental transition, based on three main pillars: acting on biodiversity, assessing our carbon emissions and highlighting responsible farming methods.
Bleu-Blanc-Cœur and Demain la Terre will be providing Eurest with their expertise when it comes to selecting applicants based on specifications set jointly between all three parties, integrating agro-ecological criteria.
